“ The staff was so nice! It was so hot outside and I just needed a place to get som air! In turned into a great time. Very friendly! Pool tables. Graffiti everywhere is what I really enjoyed. And nice people! ”
“ Pat is an amazing bartender, and the atmosphere at this place is so comfortable. We don't always go to happy hour, but when we do, we go 4 Quarter ”
“ Best dive bar in NLR. Food is exceptional, beer is cold, bartenders are wonderful. Shuffleboard & card games upstairs. Great patio. Live music Friday/Saturday. Cajun pasta & wings are otherworldly. ”
“ Great place, great tunes inside although you guys should really consider some audio outside. Doesn’t have to be loud but it would really be great. Blessings ”
“ Great service and great beer!! Just need some music on the back patio. ”
“ I love the Four Quarter. They usually have a nice crowd and great music. The bar tenders are friendly. I love their patio. This is definitely a place to hit while you are in town. Fun place to hang out. Great food! Definitely recommend going! ”
“ I live East of Rose City in NLR and consider this one of my neighborhood bars among Fassler Hall and Bar Louie (all of which have live music and outdoor seating). I've enjoyed to talking to people here at the bar, on the floor during a show and out back while smoking an occasional cigarette. It also has a cool upstairs with shuffleboard and a good view of downstairs. It's cool that there is a sound engineer who does a good job of getting the sound right with a digital sound board tablet. The bartenders and staff are friendly including the door person. The guests are diverse in age and other aspects which is healthy. Of course the Argenta neighborhood is historic and it's easy to take the streetcar between the Little Rock entertainment district on the other side of the Arkansas River. The food is great and reasonable. I appreciate the affordable PBR tallboys and the last meal I ate here was the pulled pork nachos which were good. The barstools swivel and have backs that allow you to lean back and even though I was on the corner with a lot of traffic, it was never bumped by people and it's comfortable enough tolerating those who walk up to order between the barstools. TV's are over the bar and it's usually playing sports highlights or The Simpsons. The architecture is early 20th century. ”
“ Visiting the city for work from California, Nice cozy bar. Saw many types of clientele there, so the atmosphere was fun. Their food was outstanding. The tacos were better than almost every Mexican/taco truck I’ve had. They were actually big. And had the perfect ingredients. If your into tacos, get em. Their spam egg and cheese sandwich is awesome as well I got two orders back to back. It’s simple yet delicious. I’ll probably never be back to this spot in my life but it was good time. ”
